Michael V. Gmitter Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is established as a memorial to Michael, not only to honor and cherish his memory, but also to encourage the same commitment and passion to art that Michael demonstrated during his life. He graduated from Gateway High School in 2002 and attended Bethany College for his freshman year. Michael then transferred to Edinboro University where he would have graduated in the Spring of 2007 with a degree in fine arts with an emphasis in metals/jewelry design.
